MADRID: THE CITY OF MY NEIGHBOURS IN SOTOGRANDE.

Sotogrande, from the very first day of its constitution, has always been a place where a selective group of “madrileños” like to spent their holidays and long weekends.
Various decennia have passed since that first day, and in these years many of them bought here a holiday home or converted our urbanisation in their main residency.
After more than twenty years working in and from Sotogrande, it is understandable that there has grown a personal relationship with many of these “soto-leños” like between neighbours in other places.
This apart from the fact, that I am active in Madrid for many years too as real estate adviser and international marketing consultant.
It is always a pleasure for me to share my Madrid know-how and contacts with someone who is looking for a nice home in the better parts of the city or in one of its suburbs.
I am also thinking of whom for work reasons wish or need to live in the centre or close to the city, and for example companies who need to locate their staff in good areas and quality homes. Not to exclude any private person or family that likes to live close to the cultural and commercial heart of Spain.
