Calabasas Magazine & Bellevue write about our Star Properties: La Manzana

Van Loon & Partners feels proud about the fact that 2 well-kown magazines have published various pages about one of ours so called “Star Properties”.

The articles are dedicated to La Manzana, located inside the Valderrama golf course estate, and without doubt the most prestigious mansion for sale in Sotogrande.

Calabasas Magazine, one of California´s most popular lifestyle magazines with lots of news about the Los Angeles and Hollywood scenery, writes in their issue nr. 4, 2006 under the heading Mi Casa es su Casa in two pages about the exclusive beauty of La Manzana.

The other magazine that writes about La Manzana is Bellevue, the biggest German real estate magazine. Bellevue shows in 5 pages of their October 2006 edition lots of photographs and confirms in various paragraphs that La Manzana indeed is the absolute “Star Property” actually for sale in the Costa del Sol, the California of Europe and bordering the Mediterranean in Andalusia, Southern Spain.
